 As a Realtor, I am a licensed innovative and competent Real Estate Agent, responsible for using my qualifications and market knowledge to help my clients purchase or sell commercial and residential properties. My duties include researching available listings that align with my clients’ criteria, scheduling showing times to give clients tours of available properties and overseeing negotiations between my client and a buyer or seller.

As a Realtor I am associated with one of the top real estate firm typically working as self-employed individuals to provide clients with beneficial guidance throughout the buying, selling or renting process. I work closely with Real Estate Brokers and other real estate professionals to get advice and learn about new listings. My job is to find commercial or residential properties that reflect most or all of their clients’ needs. Additionally, USBARE, LLC realtors are also responsible for staying up-to-date on market and neighborhoods changes and network with a team of Real Estate Agents at their firm to carry out client needs on their behalf.

As a high-quality Realtor we are able to deal fairly with all parties while protecting the interests of our clients. we are also able to collaborate with both clients and other agents to negotiate sales terms and prices. Being a professional realtor, we make sure that we exercise the following duties and responsibilities and likewise we are able to fulfill these responsibilities:

  • Develop a marketing plan for clients designed to attract and address the needs of buyers
  • Gather client information concerning their desired features in a home, financial ability, home types and neighborhoods of interest
  • Identify properties for sale through the multiple listing service and present them to clients
  • Pre-screen and qualify all potential buyers before allowing them onto a client’s property
  • Assist clients as they explore their financial options
  • Present all offers to clients
  • Preside over negotiations and advise clients on suitable courses of action
  • Excellent negotiation skills with clients and other realtors to arrive at agreeable sales terms
  • Good verbal and written communication skills to be able to prepare documents and speak with client, financial professionals and other Realtors
  • Strong time management and organizational skills to keep track of appointments and commitments with buyers and sellers
  • Outstanding promotional and marketing skills to attract buyers and establish their client base through referrals, advertising and outreach
  • Knowledge of the local real estate market concerning average property prices, neighborhoods within sales territory and current trends
  • Great client service skills and ability to understand the needs of clients in terms of what they are looking for and what is practical within their price range
  • Maintain a good relationship with lenders, appraisers, home inspectors and escrow companies
  • Establish a network of mortgage lenders, contractors and legal attorneys to whom we can refer clients!

As a good Realtor we know how to market ourselves in local area to establish and maintain consistent business with new or previous clients. Furthermore, we have all commitment to our clients and aim to make their buying or selling experience as seamless as possible. Furthermore, as a good Realtor we understand the importance of continued learning, reliability, and consistency; so we consistently reads up on market trends, neighborhoods changes and local real estate facts. Finally, as a good Realtor, we also have excellent written communication, enabling us to draft real estate contracts, leases and marketing materials for my clients.
